In this day and age, it is very difficult to determine who is genuine online and who is not. Website templates and marketing tutorials mean almost anyone can launch a business and instantly look like a pro. So, how do we determine who really is good?

We love third party websites like Trustpilot, because they cannot be manipulated and mean that consumers can get a really good idea of whether a company is good or not. Since we put customer satisfaction above everything else, third party companies like these give us the chance to show off our credentials.

81% of the people who reviewed us gave us five stars, which translates as ‘Excellent’. Ten percent labelled us ‘Great’.

A first class first experience

Customer experience is very important to us and we’ve worked hard to make sure that our customers receive a first class service from start to finish, whether they order online or over the phone. We loved the below review, which is indicative of the service we provide from start to finish.

“I’ve never bought a mattress for myself online before so I was a little unsure. However I needn’t have worried!

I spoke to someone on the phone who advised me on what firmness to pick. Apparently the medium/firm is the most popular unless you like a very soft mattress.

Anyway the mattress is the best I’ve ever had! After the first night where I had to get used to it, I found it supremely comfortable, thick and beautifully made. I’m so glad I chose it and honestly love sinking into it every night (I’ve had it 6 months now).

Most importantly, it had no chemical smell which previous mattresses have caused me health problems with. I dread to think of the off gassing of a standard mattress. This one is pure and chemical free and you can tell is made with love, care and attention to detail.

One point to note, it is very heavy to turn and I can’t manage to turn it without help.

If you’re unsure I would definitely say go for it. Fantastic mattress.”

Speedy delivery

Delivery is such a big thing in today’s instant world. We work hard to make sure our customers receive their orders as quickly as possible, as the below review will testify.

“7 – 10 working days to deliver. Ordered on a Thursday evening and delivered the following Thursday. Called on Tuesday to confirm a morning delivery for Thursday. Driver called the day before to confirm the delivery would be with us between 8am and 9am. They arrived on time which was great. Unfortunately they had forgotten to leave the mattress protector, so the driver was messaged who made another visit within the hour, apologising for the mishap on arrival. All in all a great service. We haven’t slept on the mattress yet so can’t give honest feedback on the comfort and quality of sleep.”

“Excellent service. Placed my order & then had to email because I thought I’d missed off our house number. A lovely & very professional young lady rang me to sort it out. The mattress was delivered in under two weeks by two very polite & helpful delivery men. Love the mattress very comfortable it’s like sleeping in a hug.”

“Great product and super speedy customer service. Loved that the delivery people were so efficient and asked for relevant information re access, flights of stairs etc, thus avoiding any problems on the day.”

No chemicals

“We wanted a mattress with no fire retardant chemicals in it and came across Ely. We then had an excellent conversation with their representative who was passionate about the product, well informed, clear and did not oversell. This gave us the confidence to invest in a mattress which is more expensive that some but we felt we were getting what we wanted.”
