Covid-19 Statement – Ely Mattress
Due to the concerns regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to personally assure you and share the extra precautions Ely Mattress is taking to safeguard our customers and employees.
There’s been so much going on over the past two weeks. The UK has officially gone on lockdown and we are all feeling unsettled. Coronavirus has changed the way we live, the way we work and the way we buy items. The one comforting thought right now, is that if we work together, we will come out of this stronger.
It is unfortunate that some of these changes may mean that our customers will experience delays in getting their mattresses. We would like to take this opportunity to apologise for any delays you may have when placing an order for your natural Ely mattress.
Our Ely Mattress Factory is Temporarily Closed
For the time-being, we have suspended our manufacturing factory to ensure the safety of our staff and colleagues. This means mattress production will not take place for at least 3 weeks. However, rest assured, you may still place an order for your natural Ely Mattress and we will simply message you directly to arrange a date for delivery for after the 19th April. Our priority at the moment is to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our customers, colleagues and partners.
