Research shows it takes around 30 nights to really adjust to a new mattress, which is why we offer such a long sleep trial.
To make you feel safer, we offer a no questions asked policy, which means you can return your mattress to us if it isn’t for you, and we won’t pressure you to tell us why.
But we are confident you won’t.
Sometimes times are hard. We know you might need a new mattress, and it is really important you get one asap, but we also know you might not have the means, and that might be stopping you.
Luckily, Ely offers 0% finance on purchases, so you can spread the amount across several months and pay in bite size chunks.
We are so confident in the durability of our natural materials – wool, horsehair and cotton – that we’ll bet ten years on it. Most mattresses live six to eight years, but we are absolutely sure ours will last longer.
With your warranty, known as ElyCare, we will repair or replace your product in the case of a manufacturing defect.
Have you ever tried to get a mattress up a staircase. It is a nightmare. At Ely, we offer two man delivery to a room of your choice, within seven to ten working days of your purchase. That takes away all the stress that comes with setting your mattress up.
